This nearfield monitor is perfect for medium to large studio spaces and control rooms, especially those with some acoustic treatment. If you’re working in a small bedroom or project studio setup, the HS5 or the HS7 may be more suited to that environment.

Suited To Large Spaces

You likely won’t need a subwoofer if you’re running a pair of HS8 monitors, as the standalone low-end performance is so impressive - all the way down to 38Hz! Whilst you can pair up any compatible subwoofer to the HS8, the HS8S has been voiced to sonically match HS series monitors for the best performance.
